NEWS & ANNOUNCEMENTS
If you are a fee waived student, we can help you with ordering your cap and gown. Please do the following:
1. Using your STUDENT EMAIL, email the following two people:
· Valda.shockley@slcschools.org
· Cc: stephanie.gordon@slcschools.org
2. Type the following question: Do I qualify for help with cap and gown?
3. Val will respond with a “yes” or “no”
4. If “yes”, Diane will email you asking for your height and weight so that she can order you a cap and gown.
If you haven't yet, please order cap and gown as soon as possible at 1-800-JOSTENS (1-800-567-8367) or JOSTENS.COM.

| February 6, 2023 | Honors Diploma - no longer need to apply but will be given to every student who qualifies. |
| March 6, 2023 | Evaluation of Honors Diploma completed, recipients posted in Guidance Center (room 316) |
| March 21, 2023 | Auditions for Graduation Speakers - contact Stephanie Gordon stephanie.gordon@slcschools.org for tryout information |
| March 22, 2023 | Auditions for Graduation Musical Numbers and National Anthem - contact Stephanie Gordon stephanie.gordon@slcschools.org for tryout information |
| April 4, 2023 | Post Graduation Speakers & Musical Numbers (Guidance Center) |
| April, 2023 | Graduation Announcements available for pick up during lunch(es)/Commons. Jostens will leave any unclaimed items with Stephanie Gordon in the Guidance Center (room 316) |

| May 12, 2023 | CREDIT RECOVERY DUE |
| June 1, 2023 | Deadline for fines to be paid in the Treasurer's Office 1:00 p.m. |
| June 2, 2023 | FINAL CLEARANCE FOR GRADUATION |
| June 2, 2023 | Cap and Gown pick up |

Graduation Rehearsal; 9:00 a.m./auditorium. This rehearsal is absolutely mandatory for all seniors. NO EXCEPTIONS (No cap and gown at this) |

| June 9, 2023 | Commencement. Jon M. Huntsman Center at the University of Utah. Be at the Huntsman Center at 3:00 pm. Commencement time 4:00 p.m. |
