  • Criteria: Seniors

    U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

    Currently member of a high school or after school sports team. 

    Cumulative GPA 3.0 or higher

    Amount: $20,000

  • Criteria: Seniors with 3.0 GPA, US citizen. Leadership, drive, integrity and citizenship.

    Amount: 10,000-$40,000

    Deadline: January 5, 2021 or until 25,000 applications are submitted, whichever comes first.

  • Criteria: African American seniors. Excel academically, show leadership potential, demonstrate financial need and are involved in the community.

    U.S. citizens or permanent residents. Two essays required. Letter of recommendation required.

  • Criteria: Utah High school seniors interested in engineering or architecture. Two short essays about what you hope to contribute to society through a career in engineering or architecture. No military service required.

    Amount:$1,800 (U of U will match $1800 through a state incentive program.)

  • Criteria: Seniors planning on a career in government service. U.S. Citizen.

    Three (3) copies each of - cover letter, 300 word essay stating why the applicant is planning a career in government, letter of recommendation, transcripts and test scores, resume etc., required to be MAILED. Online application not available.

  • Criteria: Senior planning to attend Utah State University to study in a field supporting natural

    resources. Resume, transcript, 3.5 GPA, 27 ACT, essay, two letters of recommendation required.

  • Criteria: High school JUNIORS.

    Annually awarded, full-ride, presidential scholarship that covers tuition, room, board, and expenses for four years of undergraduate study. Anyone of any background, pursuing any academic discipline of study, may apply to this non-partisan, need-blind, program. Primary criterion is academic record.

  • NIAAA Criteria: High school senior. At least 2 of the following: (a) minimum B average (b) top 25% of class (c)24 ACT or 1100 SAT. Participated in two sports for at least two years in each sport, earned at least one varsity letter in each sport.

    UIAAA Criteria: High school senior. At least 2 of the following: (a) minimum B average (b) top 25% of class (c)20 ACT or 900 SAT. Participated in two sports for at least three years in each sport, earned at least one varsity letter in each sport.

    Amount: The UIAAA will select 6 students to receive $2,000 scholarships. The top ranked male and female will be forwarded to the NIAAA for consideration.
